Founder, President and Chief
Executive Officer of ISH, Mr.
Uliano has built a professional
services consultancy that has
successfully focused on bringing
business improvement solutions
to healthcare organizations
for over 17 years. Jeff established
ISH as an industry leader in
implementations and business
process management consulting
by basing its foundation on
the tenets of being “Client
Centered” and “Quality Focused.
In 2007, Jeff championed the
acquisition of Paradigm Business
Solutions, a leading provider
of strategic consulting services
and one of the nation’s leading
providers of Lawson Software
application and technical solutions.
The acquisition significantly
enhanced ISH’s capabilities
as a “Certified” Lawson Software
professional services provider
and brought the complete menu
of ISH’s clinical consulting
services to Paradigm’s healthcare
clients at a time of continued
need in the healthcare industry.
Prior to founding ISH in 1989,
Mr. Uliano developed his expertise
by working with such organizations
as McKinsey & Company, US
News & World Report, Time
Magazine and Seiko Corporation.
Jeff then went on to work with
Coopers & Lybrand where
he specialized in directing
systems implementations and
business process management
for Finance, Procurement, HR/PR,
Surgery and Information Services
in the Healthcare Industry.
Utilizing his entrepreneurial
talents and business vision,
Jeff then went on to found ISH.
He is well known as an energetic
and passionate leader with an
approachable and down-to-earth
style that has resulted in strong
long-term relationships with
his peers, clients and ISH employees.
He is a graduate of New York
University (Finance/MIS). As
a dynamic industry leader he
focuses on the growth of ISH
and its people by concentrating
on creating value propositions

John
Marchisin, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President
and Director of Business development
for ISH, Mr. Marchisin is responsible
for developing and maintaining
new business partner relationships,
market opportunities, and managing
and developing the ISH Business
Development Team. Additionally,
Mr. Marchisin is a member of
the Executive Management Team
as well as serving as a member
of the Board of Directors. John
has over 15 years of implementation,
consulting, and sales experience
with ISH. John’s technical expertise
lies in Clinical, Procurement,
Finance, and HR/PR systems implementations.
John also focuses directly on
developing business process
management programs in the clinical
areas that bring organization,
efficiency, and financial value
to the ISH client base. Additionally,
Mr. Marchisin has developed
business partnerships with such
companies as Lawson, Picis,
SIS, McKesson, and GE. As the
leader of Business Development,
John has guided ISH to continued
record sales growth through
broadening the ISH offerings
and effectively transferring
the ISH Project Methodology
knowledge to the client through
the Business Development Team.
Mr. Marchisin graduated with

Christopher
Fibbe, Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President and
Co-Director of Business Development
of ISH, Mr. Fibbe carries forward
his highly successful efforts
in business development through
vendor contacts and executive
leadership from his former company,
Paradigm Business Solutions,
LLC, which ISH purchased in
2007. Mr. Fibbe has brought
to ISH numerous strategic business
relationships enabling tremendous
growth for the company. Chris
is also a company principal
and senior member of the ISH
Executive Management Team adding
his entrepreneurial wisdom,
experience, and spirit to the
decision making processes. Prior
to forming Paradigm in 1998,
Mr. Fibbe built a strong framework
of professional experience working
with organizations including
Coopers and Lybrand and Lawson
Software. While employed at
Lawson Software as a Partner
Resource Manager, he was responsible
for developing relationships
with key business partners including
IBM Global Services, Arthur
Andersen and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Fibbe received many top
honors including “Gold” and
“Platinum” awards for excellence.
He is a graduate of Northeastern
University where he received
his Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration.
Mr. Fibbe is a bright entrepreneur

savvy, and vision. He is committed

Carol
A. Reilly, Senior Vice President

As a healthcare professional
with over 25 years of hospital
practical experience plus professional
consulting expertise, Ms. Reilly
came to ISH in 1996 expressly
to build the Clinical Division
and possesses extensive expertise
in both hospital management
and operations. Ms. Reilly structured
the ISH Clinical Division to
focus on quality outcomes for
the Invasive Procedure areas,
ED, and Sterile Processing as
well as the Patient Care floors
through business process management
and the leveraging of information
technology. Carol is considered
to be one of the foremost authorities
in the industry for Sterile
Processing and its integration
with the Operating Room. She
has delivered value to the ISH
clients through her ability
to maximize efficiencies in
various hospital departments
utilizing her knowledge, credibility,
and change management mastery.
As a company principal and a
member of the ISH Executive
Management Team, Carol also
provides her business acumen
to the strategic planning of
the company. Prior to coming
to ISH, Carol spent over twenty
years managing clinical departments
for a number of prestigious
medical centers in the New York
area. She was a key participant
in the "Managing Today's
Operating Room Suite" conferences
in both Chicago and San Diego
and presented a program on Sterile
Reprocessing titled, "Should
You Consider Outsourcing?"
Carol holds a Bachelor of Science
degree and is registered with
the American Hospital Association
as an Operating Room Technician
and Central Sterile Processing

Jamie
Bails, Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President and
Director of Human Resources
for ISH, Ms. Bails brings years
of successful entrepreneurial
leadership and business experience
to the company. Ms. Bails was
a guiding force for the rapid
and outstanding success of Paradigm
Business Solutions which led
to its being purchased by ISH
in 2007. Ms. Bails continues
implementing her strategic and
tactical business expertise
as a company principal and member
of the ISH Executive Management
Team. Additionally, Ms. Bails
continues to provide direct
leadership for the sales and
operations of the ISH Pennsylvania
office. Prior to assuming the
role of President at Paradigm
Business Solutions in 2002,
Ms. Bails was the Owner and
President of Bails and Associates,
Inc, a Human Resources Software
Consulting firm. Ms. Bails has
worked in many roles during
her career, including a term
as an Implementation Manager
and Application Consultant for
Lawson Software from 1994 to
1997. Bails and Associates prospered
because of Ms. Bails’ commitment
to a variety of roles including
sales, implementation manager,
human resources and staffing,
accounting and all aspects of
operations management. She is
a graduate of Chatham College
with a Bachelor of Arts degree
and Masters of Business Administration.
In 2001, she received the Cornerstone
Award acknowledging her as a
distinguished alumna from Chatham
College. In 2001 and 2002 she
received the distinguished Working
Woman Entrepreneurial Excellence
Award for Best Employer, Northeast
Region. Ms. Bails also has many
community service affiliations,
including her role as Vice Chair
of the Board for the Canonsburg
Renaissance Group. Her ongoing
relationships with clients,

and attention to detail will
continue to assist ISH in maintaining

Christopher
D. Reilly, Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Chief
Operating Officer and company
principal for ISH, Mr. Reilly
brings his thirty plus years
of multi-industry business experience
to the ISH Executive Management
Team. Chris is responsible for
overseeing the overall business
operations of ISH including
key performance and financial
indicators, contract compliance,
and project and corporate profitability.
Mr. Reilly designed the ISH
Structured Project Management
methodology which facilitates
access to true Enterprise Resource
Optimization within organizations
through a focused and controlled
approach to project management
and IT investment portfolio
management. Chris also applies
his expertise to Supply Chain
project initiatives. Other areas
of expertise are in organizational
behavior and development, workflow
analysis, process redesign,
cost reduction analysis and
implementation, inventory analysis
and implementation, facilities
layout and planning, customer
service development, and distribution
analysis. Additionally, this
expertise encompasses project
management, forecasting and
market analysis, financial analysis
and development, profitability
analysis and development, diversity
management and labor negotiations.
Prior to joining ISH, Mr. Reilly
was Vice President of Operations
for a multi-million-dollar firm
in the Automotive Distribution
Industry. He was responsible
for the successful P&L control
and operation of eleven distribution
centers with over 300 employees.
Mr. Reilly holds a Bachelor
of Science degree having majored
in Accounting and Business Administration
and a MBA in General Management.

certified in Advanced Distribution
Management by APS in Houston,
Texas, and is a member of the
Project Management Institute,

William
Grammaticas, Chief Financial

As Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer for ISH, Mr.
Grammaticas oversees the financial
operations of this 30 million
dollar professional services
company. Bill has extensive
experience in planning, financial
management and profit improvement
which he has leveraged to bring
about substantial financial
strength and growth for the
company over the past 8 years.
With his expertise in International
and National business development,
he has been active in the fostering
of several strategic alliances
between ISH and industry leaders.
Mr. Grammaticas also is experienced
and active with mergers and
acquisitions for ISH. Prior
to joining ISH, Bill has held
increasingly responsible financial
roles in a variety of corporations
including Combustion Engineering,
Troy Chemical Company, Micron
Powder Systems, General Signal
and Paramount Pictures. His
in-depth knowledge of financial
operations, capital controls,
restructuring, negotiations,
strategic planning, budgeting
and systems development have
brought substantial ROI to each
company where he served. Bill
holds a BSBA in Finance and
an MBA in Accounting from Syracuse
University. Mr. Grammaticas
is on the NJ Board of Directors
of Financial Executives International
and the Institute of Management
Accountants, and is a member
of the Financial Executives
Network Group. Bill is active
in community service, serving
as Publicity Chair for Boy Scouting
and coaches basketball in a

Christopher
Macioszek, Vice President [back

Mr. Macioszek is a key member
of the ISH-Paradigm business
development team primarily responsible
for maintaining the company’s
status as a leading Certified
Partner for Lawson Software
implementation services. Chris
works directly with Lawson,
our Business Development Team
members, and the clients to
assure that all of their needs
are fulfilled to their complete
satisfaction. He also assists
with the day to day business
operations of the ISH Pennsylvania
office and ensures that our
clients are given superior care
and that our consultants receive
unparalleled support. Additionally,
Chris serves on the ISH Executive
Management Team. Prior to joining
Paradigm Business Solutions,
Chris worked as an Account Manager
for CISCORP of Pittsburgh, PA.

Arden Varney, Vice President

As Director of Finance for
the Paradigm Business Solutions
division of ISH, Mr. Varney
is heavily involved in ISH’s
accounting and financials working
closely with the CFO and is
a member of the ISH Executive
Management Team. Additionally,
Mr. Varney is responsible for
maintaining existing client
relationships and developing
new opportunities in the Lawson
arena. He also plays a key role
in staff development by serving
as a Project Director on various
engagements. Arden possesses
a highly valued reputation and
strong work ethic built over
18 years of industry experience.
This experience includes four
years at Coopers and Lybrand
in Audit, three years with Fuddruckers
as an Accounting Manager, four
years as an Assistant Controller
with Ground Round Restaurants,
and four years as a Financial
Consultant and Client Account
Manager for Lawson Software.
Mr. Varney is a graduate of
Bentley College in Massachusetts
where he received his Bachelor’s
degree in Accountancy. Mr. Varney
prides himself on customer satisfaction,
which is abundantly apparent
when you speak with any of his
current and/or former clients.
